When a customer asks an AI, does it name you?
Put in the questions real customers ask. Each one goes to five answer engines: ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Gemini and Google AI Mode. You get back whether the business was named, who was named instead, and every answer word for word.
Read this before quoting a result
- These are the engines' developer versions. What a person sees in the ChatGPT app, logged in, with their own history and location, can differ. Treat a run as a consistent measuring stick, compared month to month, not as a screenshot of one customer's phone.
- There are two Google columns. Gemini with Google Search is Google's developer API. Google AI Mode is the answer the search page itself showed, collected by DataForSEO from the business's area. Each is labeled that way everywhere.
- Answers change run to run. The same question can name a business on Monday and skip it on Tuesday. One absent answer is noise. A pattern across questions and months is the signal.
